Description: What we know does not always translate into what we do. Organizations will learn to reflect the pathways that the human body and brain recruits to address stress and build resilience. Key to building a resilient workforce is recognizing how transform trauma-informed knowledge into trauma-informed implementation and approaches that are relatable and practical to building a healthy resilient workforce. Participants will build a resilient care plan to counter emotional contagion and vicarious trauma.
